Landscaping Supervisor

About the role

The Landscaping Supervisor leads the hotel’s Garden Department, overseeing both indoor and outdoor green spaces. You will ensure that all plants, lawns, and decorative areas are maintained to the highest standards, creating a relaxing natural environment for guests. This role combines hands‑on horticultural work with team leadership and budget control.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily indoor and outdoor landscaping activities, including irrigation, mowing, pesticide and fertiliser application.
• Monitor team performance, audit work according to the Technical Manager’s instructions, and provide regular feedback.
• Control departmental expenses and manage budgets for supplies, equipment, and plant production.
• Produce flowers and plants to meet seasonal production targets.
• Deliver professional training to gardeners and identify further training needs.
• Maintain greenhouse operations, indoor plant care, and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality management systems and safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in landscaping, garden management, or related horticultural work.
• No foreign language requirement.
• Basic computer application knowledge is considered an asset.
