Last Mile Hub Senior Coordinator – Cairo

About the role

Bosta is seeking a proactive Senior Coordinator to manage daily hub operations in Cairo. You will oversee shipment handling, ensure accurate tracking, and maintain service quality in line with Bosta’s fast‑paced, technology‑driven logistics model.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups, verify tracking numbers on flyers, and record them in the system.
• Arrange day‑to‑day dispatch, sorting shipments by delivery address.
• Add cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and refunds to courier routes and send routes to the Stars app.
• Handle undelivered shipments, obtain receiver signatures, and process zero‑COD deliveries.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to confirm daily COD deposits match collections.
• Make verification calls on undelivered or cancelled shipments.
• Cancel refused shipments and transfer orders exceeding the 24‑hour holding period to the sorting facility.
• Send handover emails to the sorting team with shipment counts, seal numbers, and tracking details.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or shipping.
• University graduate (any field).

Required skills

• Familiarity with logistics tracking systems.
• Basic proficiency in handling cash‑on‑delivery processes.
• Ability to use the Stars mobile application for route management.
