Last Mile Senior Coordinator – Madinaty

About the role

Bosta is seeking a Last Mile Senior Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end flow of pickups and deliveries in the Madinaty area. You will act as the bridge between couriers, customers and the internal operations team, ensuring accurate tracking, timely dispatch and smooth cash‑on‑delivery (COD) handling.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups from Bosta flyers and verify tracking numbers are correctly recorded.
• Enter shipments into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Organise daily dispatch, sorting shipments by delivery address.
• Add cash‑collection and refund shipments to courier routes and send routes via the Stars app.
• Process undelivered shipments, obtain receiver signatures and IDs for zero‑COD deliveries.
• Collect hard‑copy returns signed by businesses.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to ensure daily COD deposits match collections.
• Make verification calls on undelivered or cancelled shipments.
• Cancel refused shipments in the system and transfer orders exceeding the 24‑hour holding period to the sorting facility.
• Send handover emails to the sorting team with shipment counts, seal numbers and tracking details.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce or shipping.
• Graduate degree (any field) is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bosta’s internal tracking system.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with spreadsheets.
