Launch Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

As a Launch Manager for Amazon Now’s Quick Commerce network, you will ensure new hub sites are operationally ready for Day 1. You will act as the primary liaison between site leadership and cross‑functional teams, driving the execution of launch playbooks and validation protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized launch readiness plans for multiple new sites.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, HR, and Training to align on equipment, inventory, staffing and system testing.
• Lead site readiness assessments, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Track critical pre‑launch milestones, report progress to leadership and maintain launch dashboards.
• Standardize launch processes, documentation and quality‑control measures across the network.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in fast‑paced launch environments.
• Strong operational execution background with a track record of delivering multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and alignment skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
