Lead Trainer – ISO 45001 & Occupational Health & Safety Courses

About the role

Enta Gahez is seeking an experienced Lead Trainer to develop and deliver high‑quality recorded courses on ISO 45001:2018 and related occupational health and safety topics. You will create engaging video content that will be hosted on our growing online training platform, helping learners from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, record, and publish comprehensive training modules for ISO 45001 awareness, internal auditing, and implementation.
• Develop and deliver courses on safety subjects such as Working at Heights, Safe Lifting & Rigging, Process Safety Management, Scaffolding, First Aid & CPR, Emergency Evacuation, and Permit to Work systems.
• Ensure all training materials meet industry standards and are ready for immediate release.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain consistency and quality across the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional/industry experience in occupational health and safety.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering professional or technical training sessions.
• Proven track record of delivering training in the listed ISO 45001 and safety programs.
• Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent) for ISO‑related courses.
• Train‑the‑Trainer (TOT) certification or equivalent.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
