Learning and Development Senior Associate – Managed Services

About the role

PwC's Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) in Cairo is looking for a Learning and Development Senior Associate to lead teams delivering L&D managed services across the L&D lifecycle for clients in the GCC. The role covers L&D strategy, program management, training delivery, vendor and technology management, analytics and budget management, and requires fluent Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transitions from clients to PwC and manage day-to-day delivery of L&D engagements, including client interaction and oversight of deliverables
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of L&D activities and complete quality reviews against policies, procedures and compliance standards
• Hold accountability for KPI/SLA compliance and monitor and coach team members
• Manage workload, report progress and escalate issues, and handle risks and escalations with client and project leadership
• Build relationships with internal PwC teams and client teams, and communicate effectively with clients
• Drive continuous improvement by developing ideas, implementing best practices and new technologies, and leading quality improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in education, HR-related field, business management/administration or equivalent
• L&D-related certifications are advantageous
• 4-7 years of managerial experience
• Experience with a large portfolio of people, process and technology, preferably serving Middle East or GCC staff
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic

• Knowledge of LMS systems and e-learning tools
• L&D lifecycle management: training needs analysis, learning paths and curriculum design, training delivery, program management
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and problem-solving
