Learning Associate – Training Coordination in Fulfillment Center

About the role

The Learning Associate coordinates and delivers training programs for all process paths within a Fulfillment Center. Working closely with instructors, peer trainers and operations teams, the role ensures new‑hire and ongoing training is effective, documented and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise instructors and peer trainers for new‑hire onboarding.
• Deliver instructor training, conduct observations and provide coaching.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records via the console.
• Ensure training materials meet standards and create a positive learning experience.
• Analyze daily data to enhance the new‑hire learning experience.
• Provide feedback to instructors and monitor new‑hire group performance.
• Organise instructor assignments and monitor cross‑training to meet peak skill needs.
• Collaborate with operations on skill matrices to identify critical training gaps.
• Support recruitment of instructors and peer trainers.
• Participate in meetings and share required information.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) level.
• Comfortable in a professional, customer‑facing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
