Learning & Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an innovative Learning & Development Manager to lead our L&D function at Mövenpick Hotel Cairo‑Media City. Reporting to HR, you will design and execute learning strategies that boost employee performance and support the hotel’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual L&D strategy aligned with corporate goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses across all departments to identify skill gaps.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs that enhance performance and career development.
• Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline delivery and track progress.
• Partner with department heads to create tailored development plans and succession pathways.
• Facilitate leadership development initiatives for high‑potential talent.
• Measure training effectiveness, report on KPIs, and continuously improve the L&D portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of L&D experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success designing and executing L&D strategies in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
