Learning & Development Specialist – Medical & Aesthetic Services

About the role

Groovy Aesthetic Clinics is seeking a full‑time Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver and maintain training programmes for its medical, front‑office and support teams. Based on‑site in Heliopolis, the role will ensure that all learning content aligns with clinical standards, patient safety and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses for clinical and non‑clinical staff.
• Develop structured learning paths, onboarding programmes and continuous development plans.
• Create and update training materials such as presentations, e‑learning modules, job aids and assessments tailored to aesthetic and wellness services.
• Manage the learning calendar, maintain training records and utilise the LMS to track participation and performance.
• Measure training effectiveness, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to keep learning content current with protocols and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning, delivering and evaluating training programmes, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics or wellness.
• Educational or professional background in a health‑related field (medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy or similar).
• Familiarity with aesthetic, dermatology or cosmetic procedures is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a patient‑centred mindset.
