Leasing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the tenant mix and leasing strategy across all our club retail spaces. The role focuses on optimizing the portfolio of shops and kiosks to meet member needs, enhance brand image, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review and adjust the tenant mix for retail shops and kiosks across all clubs, targeting health & beauty, F&B, services, and commodities.
• Standardize tenant profiles and club image, ensuring consistency across locations.
• Develop and maintain a standardized pricing strategy per square meter based on location, brand category, and expansion plans.
• Set and monitor leasing occupancy targets for each club.
• Negotiate contract terms with the Legal department for new tenants and terminations.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely settlement of tenant financial obligations.
• Identify and secure new tenants, creating deals that enhance member experience.
• Streamline the leasing cycle and handover process with internal departments.
• Conduct regular meetings with tenants and club managers to address issues.
• Propose marketing initiatives for existing tenants to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Develop leasing plans for new clubs opening during the year.
• Handle tenant complaints and ensure brand continuity during renewals.
• Prepare reports to support future leasing actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant field).
• 9‑10 years of experience in leasing or retail real‑estate management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
