About the role
We are seeking a proactive Legal Administrative Coordinator to join our Giza office. In this full‑time position you will support our lawyers by handling legal documents, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and organise legal documents, case files and related materials.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and deadlines for legal teams and clients.
- Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients and internal departments.
- Support day‑to‑day office functions, including filing, record‑keeping and compliance with procedural requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with legal research as needed.
Required profile
- Experience in legal document preparation and process management.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret and manage legal paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills for client and team liaison.
- Highly organized with effective time‑management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related field.
- Prior experience in a legal administrative role and familiarity with the Egyptian legal environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Use of legal research tools.
