Legal AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Legal AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI‑driven contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. The role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, legal operations, and product development, translating deep contract knowledge into scalable, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and continuously improve AI‑powered contract review playbooks across multiple industries.
• Build and refine system prompts, legal workflows, and evaluation standards to ensure high‑quality AI‑generated legal outputs.
• Develop and maintain contract intelligence repositories, including clause libraries, risk taxonomies, and legal precedent structures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to convert legal reasoning into platform capabilities and measurable AI outcomes.
• Research and structure jurisdiction‑specific regulatory requirements into AI‑readable frameworks.
• Configure customer‑specific contract review workflows, support enterprise deployments, and deliver training and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of contracts, legal operations, and CLM processes.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, prompt design, and legal AI workflow development.
• Ability to think systemically and translate legal expertise into technical specifications.
