Legal Data Entry Specialist – Entry Level (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Legal Data Entry Specialist to join our Cairo office and support a U.S. debt‑settlement client. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on accurate entry and maintenance of legal and client information in internal databases and case‑management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and verify legal and financial documents in the company’s case‑management platform.
• Review contracts, debt‑related forms and correspondence for completeness and accuracy.
• Organise case files, track appointments and coordinate communication with internal teams.
• Prepare basic legal documents such as letters, templates, and case summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and case information.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while following standardized workflows.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of legal concepts, especially contracts, debt or consumer finance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo on a full‑time schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus but not mandatory.
