Legal Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Manager to lead our legal affairs, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide strategic guidance to senior management. The role involves protecting the company’s interests across corporate, commercial, construction, and labor law matters while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee disputes, claims, litigation and arbitration in coordination with external counsel.
• Advise on labor law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development, procurement, finance and operations on legal matters.
• Review tender documents, project contracts, joint‑venture agreements and commercial transactions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the business.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies and external advisors.
• Develop and implement legal policies, procedures and risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree or professional qualification is a plus.
• 8–12 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in corporate, commercial, construction, contracting and labor law.
• Proven ability to handle disputes, litigation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
