About the role
The Legal Operations Supervisor supports the Operations Team by overseeing junior members, coordinating weekly tasks, and delivering regular performance reports. This role ensures legal drafts are accurate and ready for submission while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with the Operations Team and shadow junior team members, establishing regular check‑ins, observing workflows, and providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare weekly to‑do lists for team members, compiling prioritized task briefs, assigning responsibilities, noting dependencies, and setting milestones and deadlines.
- Report to the Operations Manager and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, highlighting key metrics, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Review drafts for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards, recommend edits, and coordinate with authors to finalize materials before submission.
