Legal Specialist – Saudi Arabic Fluency

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a full‑time legal professional to join its Cairo office. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality legal support in Saudi Arabic, ensuring that all platform documentation and contracts comply with Saudi regulations and institutional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and localize legal documents, contracts, and policies for Saudi jurisdiction.
• Analyze legal issues and advise internal teams on compliance, risk, and governance matters.
• Collaborate with product, governance, and business teams to translate legal requirements into operational guidelines.
• Conduct continuous legal research and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Support the development of best‑practice legal processes within WAJJAD’s digital ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in law with experience working on Saudi legal frameworks.
• Proven ability in legal consulting, risk assessment, and decision‑making support.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and localizing legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice or relevant certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic with native‑level command of Saudi legal terminology.
• Professional proficiency in English.
