Licensing & Industrial Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Licensing & Industrial Security Specialist to ensure that all company locations maintain up‑to‑date licences, comply with local regulations and meet industrial safety standards. The role supports new site openings and coordinates safety contracts and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on renewal applications for commercial, municipal and civil‑defence licences across branches, showrooms and warehouses.
• Compile documentation for occupancy, removal and closure permits, ensuring full legal compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of displayed licences and perform site inspections to verify industrial security and OSH standards.
• Assist the manager with legal and licensing requirements for new branch openings or relocations.
• Monitor contracts with maintenance providers for fire extinguishers, alarms and water networks, ensuring timely service.
• Support emergency‑team updates, drill participation and incident reporting.
• Track departmental budget, enter data and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on licensing status, contract renewals and inspection results.
• Attend departmental meetings, record minutes and follow up on decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in licensing management, regulatory compliance and industrial safety.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to handle multiple sites and documentation.
• Attention to detail for audits, inspections and budget monitoring.
• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with internal teams and external contractors.
