Lighting Designer – Decorative Lighting Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a creative Designer to join our team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on developing innovative decorative lighting solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop concepts for decorative lighting products.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to refine designs.
• Ensure designs comply with functional requirements and brand aesthetics.
• Stay informed on market trends and integrate them into design proposals.
• Produce sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate ideas.

Required profile

• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D or 3D design tools.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative lighting designs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
• Understanding of market trends and their application to product design.
• Detail‑oriented with strong sketching, rendering, and prototyping abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in the lighting or interior design industry is a plus.
