Lobby Attendant

About the role

The Lobby Attendant ensures the hotel’s laundry operations run efficiently and cost‑effectively, supporting both guest services and back‑of‑house teams. Working closely with the Laundry Supervisor, the role maintains high standards of cleanliness for linens, bathrobes and spa items while adhering to hotel guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all laundry activities, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing and storing linens, bathrobes and spa textiles.
• Maintain inventory levels and pars for all laundry items, notifying the supervisor of shortages.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, spa and hotel management to anticipate and meet laundry needs.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of laundry equipment and adjust machine settings for different fabrics.
• Assist with purchasing and negotiating laundry supplies.
• Support Turndown Attendant and Spa Attendant duties when required.
• Uphold a teamwork‑focused work environment that reflects company values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
• Native American hiring preference applies.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
