About the role
We are seeking an experienced Localization Specialist to act as an AI Trainer. In this remote, contract‑based position you will interact with AI chat‑bots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and creating novel conversational scenarios to improve model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with AI chat‑bots in Arabic and English, conducting diverse and complex dialogues to assess performance.
- Write original conversation scripts that teach the models appropriate responses.
- Evaluate outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance model accuracy and user experience.
Required profile
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
- Background in linguistics or related field; a bachelor’s degree (current, in‑progress, or completed) is preferred but not mandatory.
