Locker Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Locker Attendant to join the Guest Environment team at our luxury hotel in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo. The role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining clean, organized locker areas and assisting with guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of locker rooms, corridors and related public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to lockers and other amenities.
• Stock and organize cleaning carts, supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
