Logistic Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily logistics operations at our Abu Alnumros facility. You will ensure efficient inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily logistics activities, including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Implement and monitor transportation and delivery schedules to guarantee timely and cost‑effective movement of goods.
• Optimize inventory levels and storage solutions to maximize space utilization and reduce waste.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management.
• Strong background in operations management with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
• Proven experience in transportation management and route planning.
• Excellent team leadership, mentoring and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and vendor management skills.
