About the role
The Logistics Associate supports the centre’s shipping and inventory performance by maintaining key metrics, generating reports, and assisting with logistics planning. The role also provides general administrative assistance across the facility and liaises with internal teams and external service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage data related to centre shipping, inventory, and carrier performance.
- Produce weekly reporting packages for management and operations.
- Track, consolidate, and communicate logistics issues to the field for improvement.
- Assist in compiling carrier performance statistics.
- Coordinate logistics meetings, record action items, and follow up on resolutions.
- Report unsafe working conditions to supervisors.
- Help develop and maintain logistics policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain planning, or a related function.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
- Organised, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
Required skills
- SAP
- Microsoft Excel (professional level)
- Microsoft Office suite
