Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Officer to support our operations team in coordinating transport, clearance, and import/export activities across Egypt and our global network. The role ensures timely delivery of equipment, manages documentation, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with the operations team on clearance activities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate outbound last‑mile transport and ensure on‑time delivery to sites following best practices.
• Manage export of legacy systems from Egypt to the factory and handle import/export of demo systems in the Egypt zone.
• Oversee third‑party exports for the Egypt zone.
• Identify non‑conformance costs on ongoing projects and report monthly to the controlling team.
• Issue equipment orders in SAP, dispatch to the factory, and track delivery dates.
• Process orders for third‑party and site preparation in SAP, monitor deliveries, and reconcile supplier invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Trade Logistics, International Transport or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Proficiency with SAP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and adaptable to changing work environments.
