Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer ensures that orders are processed efficiently from placement through delivery, aligning each step with customer requirements and agreed timelines. You will act as the central point of contact for shipment coordination, performance reporting, and issue escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product shipments to customers, adhering to contractual agreements and shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any issues that arise.
• Communicate regularly with the Logistics Account Manager to ensure compliance with contract terms and customer expectations.
• Monitor shipment status and promptly escalate problems to the Logistics Account Manager.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to guarantee proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for all shipments.
• Analyze root causes of non‑performance or customer complaints related to logistics services.
• Provide high‑level customer service by responding quickly to inquiries and concerns about shipping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, commerce, business administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably with import/export and shipping operations focus.
