Logistics Route To Market Manager

About the role

As a Route to Market Manager you will lead the design, execution and continuous evolution of Coca-Cola HBC’s logistics network across Egypt. You will ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency and superior customer service while shaping strategic distribution design.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve the end‑to‑end route‑to‑market model, aligning service levels, cost‑to‑serve and business priorities.
• Lead long‑term network optimisation including fleet strategy, depot footprint and delivery channel configuration.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance to translate market strategy into profitable logistics design.
• Drive logistics execution excellence across delivery routes and 3PL partners, monitoring KPIs such as cost per case/km, drop size and vehicle utilisation.
• Champion digital and analytics transformation in route optimisation, GPS tracking and planning systems.
• Introduce Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and build RTM capability within the logistics team.
• Act as the key interface between Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning and Finance, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability and business continuity standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in logistics network design or route‑to‑market leadership within FMCG or large‑scale distribution.
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel distribution (traditional trade, modern trade, direct dispatch).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable route designs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
