Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to support renewable energy and construction projects. The role coordinates transportation, port operations, shipping, customs documentation, and equipment delivery to keep project materials on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation plans aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries from suppliers to sites.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Manage port receiving, unloading, storage, and transshipment.
• Track vessel schedules and ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Support customs clearance and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to resolve issues.
• Prepare logistics reports, shipment tracking updates, and performance summaries.
• Identify logistics risks and support mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or project logistics.
• Experience in renewable energy, wind, solar, EPC, construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation planning, shipping operations, customs clearance and logistics documentation.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English.
