Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to support and optimise our logistics and warehousing operations in Nasr City. The role ensures smooth movement of goods, accurate inventory handling and timely deliveries, contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, including shipment coordination, inventory movement and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to guarantee accurate picking, packing and dispatch.
• Liaise with drivers, courier partners and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and effective shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory‑management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and assist inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support inbound logistics activities such as receiving goods, quality checks and storage organisation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies and product‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics documentation and courier coordination.
