Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are a leading e‑commerce platform seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to support and optimise our supply‑chain and warehousing activities, ensuring smooth and timely product flow from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Liaise with courier partners to schedule timely deliveries and manage shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Assist in analysing logistics KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance speed and reduce costs.
• Support inbound logistics including receiving goods, quality checks, and storage organisation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and product handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination or supply‑chain operations (e‑commerce or retail background is a plus).
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
• Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics documentation and courier coordination.
