Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end flow of beauty and personal‑care products from suppliers to customers. Based in Cairo, you will ensure shipments are coordinated, inventory levels are optimized and orders are fulfilled on time, supporting both domestic and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and track deliveries to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory levels and update logistics data in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to resolve issues affecting product availability.
• Support export activities, including documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze logistics KPIs, identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and monitor performance metrics.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Relevant education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Practical knowledge of supply‑chain management and export processes.
