Logistics Team Leader

About the role

The Logistics Team Leader will oversee Breadfast’s last‑mile delivery network, ensuring riders meet performance targets and that operations run smoothly in real time. Acting as the bridge between field crews, third‑party providers and internal teams, the role guarantees compliance with service standards and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily rider attendance, performance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor order lifecycle metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Provide live operational support to address real‑time delivery challenges.
• Enforce SOP compliance on fleet hygiene, branding, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners to meet supply targets.
• Support onboarding of vendors and track their performance.
• Maintain operational dashboards and deliver weekly performance reports.
• Oversee onboarding of new vendors in collaboration with account management.
• Collaborate with zone leads on demand planning and capacity management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in logistics or field operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Proven experience in live operations and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with logistics KPIs, SLA metrics and zone‑based operations.
• Experience managing teams and on‑ground coordination.
