Logistics & Warehouse 5S Internship

About the role

This internship supports the implementation of the 5S methodology in the main warehouse. Working closely with the warehouse team, the intern will help improve organization, efficiency, and safety while applying Lean principles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed assessment of inventory and storage areas to identify and remove unnecessary items (Sort).
• Assist in designing and implementing an organized layout for tools, materials, and inventory to ensure clear identification and easy access (Set In Order).
• Support the creation and execution of regular cleaning and inspection schedules to maintain a safe workspace (Shine).
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, visual management tools, and labeling systems to sustain improvements (Standardize).
• Promote adherence to 5S practices by supporting training initiatives and encouraging a culture of discipline and continuous improvement (Sustain).

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
