Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring a safe environment. This full‑time position is based at the New Administrative Capital in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies and defuse disturbances.
• Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Escort unwelcome persons, report vehicle accidents/thefts, and call for assistance using proper codes.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training, and confidentiality standards.
• Physical fitness to respond quickly to security situations.
