Low Code / Power Platform Developer - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Advisory line of service in Cairo is hiring a Senior Associate Low Code / Power Platform Developer. The role sits in the software and product innovation practice, which combines technical experience with creative thinking to build software solutions for clients. You will implement and deliver technology solutions, manage the end-to-end delivery process and work with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (mainly canvas-driven apps), Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX formulas).
• Build Power Platform solutions from scratch based on functional and design specifications.
• Optimise existing Power Platform solutions, for example for performance.
• Prepare solution documentation and user guidance.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of solid experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable services or platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing business solutions, with 2 to 4 years of project experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, relational data structures and integration with external data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel and APIs.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, versioning and deployment within the Power Platform.
• University degree; a Software Engineering diploma or Master's is a plus.
• Very good spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Apps (canvas-driven apps), Power Automate and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Azure services, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and/or basic scripting (PowerShell, DAX, Power Fx).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in an international, multicultural team, and good communication with business and technical stakeholders.
