Maintenance Engineer – Building Systems (New Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems across our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Document all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and after‑hours emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with property management, HSE, and project teams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in maintenance engineering, equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical panels, wiring, and control systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo and handle occasional after‑hours emergencies.
