Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a competent Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep and repair operations across our facilities. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff while ensuring that all building systems remain safe and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect facilities regularly to identify problems and schedule necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance plans and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians and tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, ventilation, and electrical installations.
• Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Participate in project coordination, including renovations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Computer‑savvy with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
