Mall Service Desk Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mall Service Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for visitors at our Twin Towers Mall. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the mall.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Act as a liaison between shoppers and mall management to resolve issues.
• Provide information about the mall, its stores, and services.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue refunds.
• Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.
• Collaborate with other mall staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Follow all company policies, security, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
