Management Assistant – Operations Support

About the role
The Management Assistant will support daily operations at JTI’s Menoufia factory, ensuring smooth coordination of management activities and internal communications. This role acts as a key liaison between the factory lead, the management team, and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly management team meetings and accurately record minutes.
- Prepare briefing materials and update presentations for the Factory Lead.
- Lead internal communication initiatives, ensuring brand‑consistent materials across all premises.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of communication displays and office cleanliness.
- Organise visits, events, and business travel for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.
- Process management team expenses in collaboration with accounting and administration.
- Schedule appointments, internal meetings, and conference calls for the Factory Lead.
- Assist factory management and other departments on ad‑hoc projects as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within manufacturing.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
