Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced educators in management and leadership to help train AI systems on organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. This fully remote, flexible contract position allows you to apply your academic expertise to improve the realism of AI‑generated scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that enhances AI reasoning quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and identify trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering well‑reasoned critiques.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
