Manager, Loyalty, Customer Success

About the role

Mastercard’s Loyalty Solutions team is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to enterprise clients, driving adoption, delivering value and fostering long‑term relationships on our loyalty and customer engagement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Evangelize the loyalty platform, monitor usage and recommend strategies to achieve client KPIs and maximize ROI.
• Serve as primary point of contact, building trusted relationships with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and executive stakeholders.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, use cases and data‑driven insights to inform client decisions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, coordinate internal resources and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify expansion opportunities, cross‑sell Mastercard solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Several years in customer success, account management or consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with loyalty, CRM, marketing or customer engagement programs.
• Proven track record of hitting renewal targets and retaining long‑term contracts.

• Commercial acumen linking loyalty program success to business outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Cross‑functional leadership to align product, analytics and operations teams.
• General fluency with marketing technology ecosystem (APIs, integrations, CRM, analytics, loyalty platforms).
• Comfort working with analytics dashboards and translating insights into action.
