Marcom Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marcom Specialist to plan, coordinate and execute marketing communication activities for a leading development company. The role will manage content calendars, collaborate with agencies and internal teams, and support the rollout of campaigns, materials and events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and events.
• Create, edit and manage production of brochures, newsletters, website content, presentations, press releases and other communication materials.
• Ensure all materials follow approved brand guidelines and messaging.
• Collaborate with business development, projects, HR and management to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high‑quality content on schedule.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.
• Assist with monitoring marketing budgets, processing supplier quotations and purchase orders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Manage the monthly content calendar and weekly execution tracker.
• Support organization and logistics of events, exhibitions, activations and on‑ground marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign execution and follow up on implementation details to ensure quality and alignment.
• Contribute to internal communication and employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR.
• Help develop company profiles, pitch decks, fact sheets and related materials.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, approvals, pending items and upcoming actions.
