Marketing Manager – B2B Demand Generation

About the role

Visa is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B demand generation across a designated sub‑region. The role focuses on executing and optimizing marketing automation, campaign operations, content creation, event management, and lead management to drive engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional subject‑matter expert for marketing automation and campaign operations.
• Design, execute, and monitor B2B marketing programs ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.
• Optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global, regional, product, and sales teams to deliver scalable initiatives.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, lead outcomes, and pipeline contribution, using insights to refine future activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of lead management, audience segmentation, nurture strategies, and marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to manage webinars, events, and integrated marketing programs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred experience in large global organizations and use of Generative AI tools for process optimization.
