Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager leads CED’s marketing department, ensuring that all campaigns effectively promote the brand and its merchandise to the right audiences. This role combines strategic planning, creative development, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns from ideation through execution.
• Prepare copy and content for all marketing materials, brochures, profiles, and promotional assets.
• Develop the annual marketing budget and align it with the overall marketing plan.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing events calendar.
• Collaborate with creative designers on advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional collateral.
• Produce advertising placements for online portals, newspapers, and other media.
• Conduct both online and print marketing campaigns and analyze their performance.
• Design booklets and RFP documents based on technical specifications.
• Prepare presentations, brochures, and other materials for fairs and workshops.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Oversee approval of hard‑copy marketing materials and brochures.
• Measure campaign results, generate detailed reports, and adjust strategies based on consumer behavior.
• Manage event delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with a mandatory background in real‑estate marketing.
