Marketing Manager (Mashreq Bank Egypt)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Mashreq Bank Egypt. This senior role requires strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong leadership to enhance the bank’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and direct marketing initiatives.
• Assist end‑to‑end campaign planning, from ideation and budgeting to execution and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, media outlets, and key stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee content development, advertising, and promotional materials to ensure consistency and impact.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing materials are updated across the Mashreq branch network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of marketing experience, preferably in banking, fintech or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
