Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Real Estate will design and execute strategic marketing programmes for our residential and property portfolio. The role aims to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support sales targets for new property launches and ongoing developments within the Egyptian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and launch plans for real‑estate projects to achieve lead‑generation and sales conversion goals.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies and buyer personas.
• Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to align campaigns with inventory, product positioning and revenue targets.
• Oversee creation of project‑specific marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, renders, signage and site branding.
• Direct offline and community marketing activations, open days and participation in real‑estate exhibitions.
• Manage and optimise the project marketing budget, tracking CPL and CPA metrics to maximise efficiency.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the Egyptian real‑estate development sector.
