Material Planner & Warehouse Lead

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Material Planner & Warehouse Lead and take ownership of the planning, organization, and control of warehousing operations. You will ensure efficient inventory management, cost‑effective shipment delivery, and consistent supply of raw and packaging materials to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Operations Plan, coordinating receipt, issue, and disposal of raw, packaging, and finished‑goods inventories.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce operational standards, safety, and quality compliance (ISO, FSSC, QMS audits).
• Manage material handling equipment, oversee autonomous and progressive maintenance programs, and achieve equipment uptime goals.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, conduct regular capacity reviews, and enforce palletizing and stacking standards.
• Control stock replenishment at distributor warehouses, monitor inventory movements, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Prepare and manage overhead budgets, monitor cost targets, and drive productivity savings through waste reduction.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and engagement initiatives for the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and ensure compliance with policies and local laws.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in warehouse and/or production operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.
