Math Teacher

About the role

Evolution International School – NewGiza is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Math Teacher to join its innovative, student‑centered community in Egypt. You will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics lessons and supporting students to develop strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver dynamic mathematics lessons aligned with international curricula.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials and assessment tools.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects and thematic units.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school initiatives that promote leadership, creativity and community service.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) and status as a Qualified Teacher.
• Minimum three years of classroom teaching experience in mathematics.
• Strong foundation in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Commitment to innovative, student‑centered teaching approaches.

Required skills

• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into the classroom (preferred).
