About the role
As a Sales Manager for Aswaq Developments, you will lead the sales effort for commercial and mall projects across key locations such as El Shrouk and El Obour. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of premium real‑estate developments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial mall projects.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential buyers, investors, and partners.
- Lead a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and finance teams to align sales activities with project timelines.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of proven experience in real‑estate development sales, preferably in commercial or mall projects.
- Previous experience in a sales management role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Required skills
- Expertise in commercial real‑estate sales processes.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Advanced negotiation techniques.
