About the role

MDARJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead business consulting and digital transformation initiatives from initiation through successful delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, define scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resource allocation and execution road‑maps.
• Coordinate consulting, development, design, QA and implementation teams across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Monitor progress, track budget, effort and utilization, and report status to management.
• Act as primary client contact, conduct kickoff and status meetings, and manage expectations.
• Assign tasks, remove blockers, resolve conflicts and motivate teams.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans and ensure quality compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, track KPIs and maintain project documentation.
• Continuously improve processes, develop templates and support PMO governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation and ERP implementations (Odoo preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Master are a plus.
