Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Mechanical Engineer to join our team in El Maadi. You will support the design, selection and integration of medical equipment and related mechanical systems for hospital and clinic projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical calculations and prepare detailed CAD drawings for equipment and infrastructure.
• Review technical specifications, ensure compliance with performance and safety standards, and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of mechanical components on site.
• Contribute to research and development activities, evaluating new technologies and improving existing solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, reports and project updates for multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical equipment field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools.
• Experience in machine design and mechanical systems configuration.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and coordination with stakeholders.
